On 26 March 2019, the project holder, Novi otok Association, signed a Grant Agreement for projects financed by the European Social Fund in the financial period 2014-2020 (code number: UP.01.3.1.01.0128) in the total value of HRK 805.852,96.

Target group and project goal: to educate 42 unemployed young people under the age of 29, who are actively looking for work, with an emphasis on members of vulnerable groups, in order to gain knowledge that will facilitate their employment or starting their own business (self-employment) through the development of new entrepreneurial ideas.
The purpose of the project is to increase the employment of young people who are actively looking for work on the island of Korčula and throughout Dubrovačko-neretvanska county, in areas crucial for further development of cultural entrepreneurship on the island.
